CHEESY PUFFS

Ingredients

1 cup SR Flour
1/2 tsp salt
Good dash Cayenne Pepper
1 cup Grated Chedder Cheese
1 cup Milk



Method

Preheat oven to 180deg C (if using fan forced - 160deg C).
Combine all the ingredients very well. The mixture might appear sloppy, however will firm up on standing whilst patty tin or muffin tin is being well greased.
Bake in oven for about 15-20 mins depending on oven. I've found that it's best to take them out of the tins as soon as they come out of the oven. Best eaten warm with butter!! Makes a nice dozen.

This recipe is very old and has stood the test of time. Great as a snack any time, with any refreshment!!
